Our core values.

Affect Real Change
We’ve donated over $45,000 in time and free social media services to small businesses and entrepreneurs during the pandemic. Supporting our community, especially BIPOC-led businesses, is important to us.

Radical Candor
Based on Kim Scott’s management principles, we will always be honest with you, even if it means losing your business or having less money.

Sustainability First
Sustainability is a key value for us. We reuse all plastic in the studio, minimize paper use, and avoid micro-plastics and glitter. We recognize the waste in content creation and seek better ways to protect our planet.
Our Founder
Meet Kelly Samuel, founder of Let’s Snack’s brand-new New York City studio. A seasoned social-media strategist, Kelly’s been shaping online culture since before Facebook rolled out ads in 2007.
She has launched two successful social-media agencies, sits on the Forbes Agency Council, and is a go-to expert for outlets like Global News, CTV News, and The Globe and Mail. Kelly also pens marketing insights for Forbes, and her commentary regularly pops up in industry round-ups.
Beyond the headlines, Kelly mentors emerging creators and entrepreneurs—helping the next generation of NYC talent turn big ideas into thumb-stopping content.

Make Cool Sh*t
Marketing should be fun. We push our creativity and skills, embracing bold ideas and breaking limits. We’re driven by making impressive work. Let us revitalize your social media marketing.

Representation For All
Marketing is important. The people featured in brand marketing affect the wellbeing of those around us. It’s essential for everyone to see themselves represented in the media, including various skin tones and gender identities. Marketing agencies in Toronto have traditionally favored a narrow image, and models and talent reflected that. We want marketing to better reflect the diversity of the real world.
